RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We take great pride in our reputation for quality. In our website, has detailed size charts for every single item for your reference. But in the unlikely event you have any issues with your order please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org
WE OFFER 15-DAYS NO-REASON-RETURN SERVICE.
We take pride of our TRIUMPHLASER items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team, and then, will Email you the RETURN ADDRESS.
Freight Collect is NOT acceptable.
HOW to REACH US
Email us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
HOW to RETURN or EXCHANGE
Issue caused by our fault(sending wrong item\size), we’ll do full refund or exchanges after our warehouse get goods back, and be responsible for all extra costs.
Issue caused by customer’ fault(ordered wrong item\size, unwanted items), we’ll accept return or exchanges after our warehouse get goods back, but customer will has to responsible for the extra shipping costs.
HOW to REFUND
Now we only accept refund to customer’s Paypal account. But if issues caused by customer’s fault, customer need to pay for the Paypal transfer commission.
